RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Please do not return items without a valid RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorisation Number) as we cannot
accept items that have not been authorized for return
and such items will be refused.
- All returns will be inspected thoroughly to
determine whether the requirements are met for credit,
replacement, exchange or repair.
- All products being returned must be complete
and packaged properly in packaging similar to the original
packaging. Any items not packaged properly will automatically
void the warranty.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RMA
number which is issued by WSPC (UK) Ltd
PROCEDURE
- Fax the Completed RMA form to the Fax
number above, along with a copy of the invoice.
- Please detail a clear and specific description
of the problem.
- The RMA No. must be clearly written on the
shipping box as repair to goods sent back without a
Valid RMA number may be charged for.
- Shipping damage claims must be made within
5 days. All other shipping damage claims will
be refused.
- Do not include in the shipment anything other
than the specified items approved on the RMA request
form.
- The RMA No. is valid for 14 days only. Promptly
ship the RMA items.
- The items must be packaged properly. All
items must be with proper packaging material similar
to the original packaging. Any items received
without proper packaging material will automatically
void the warranty.
- Any damaged items received (regardless of severity)
with the Warranty seals broken will void the warranty.
- Return route of shipping is payable by the
customer unless covered under extended warranty.
- Management reserves the right to refuse RMA
or replace with alternative parts where necessary.
- All
goods returned without warranty or void warranty can
be repaired at the current rates
